1. Voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
2. Voucher's services can not be exchanged for others.
3. The expiration date of vouchers is not extendable.
4. All services require prior reservation at tel. 18 262 22 70.
5. Service availability is limited by current reservations.
6. In case of cancellation of reserved services, voucher expires.
7. City local tax, payable in cash at the Reception Desk in accordance with the rates - 3,00 zł per person for each day of stay.
